Perfect protection for your dogs bed. I purchased the waterproof liner for our dogs new crate mattress. This will help protect the foam from any moisture, and keep it clean and odor free. It also makes it much easier when taking off and putting back on the crate cover when it is time to launder . February 18, 2013

So far, so good We purchased this for use in our SUV. Our dogs go swimming for physical therapy a couple of times a week. When they would get back in the car after swimming, the old bed absorbed the moisture and became stinky. With this bed, the cover has kept everything clean smelling and gives them an nice soft bed to lay on when travelling. January 21, 2013

I use these waterproof liners on my round memory foam dog beds and just fold the corners neatly under. They are a 'must have' to protect those expensive beds that could never be properly cleaned if soiled. They also catch small particles of dirt and dust you don't think about, the ones filter through the fabric covers. This way I never worry about accidents of any kind, and they will extend the bed life immeasurably. I have also found that the smooth finish of the these liners makes the cumbersome heavy memory foam mattresses easier to handle when removing bed covers for laundering. Today I'm back to buy additional ones for more new dog beds. Love them!

It won't cover a very thick pad at all. It is made specifically for the orthopedic dog pad sold here. If you try to use it to cover another type of dog bed or pad, you probably won't have much luck. I recommend measuring both the dog bed/pad you want to cover, as well as the liner, to make sure it will work.

Compatible With Heating Pad?

I would like to add heat to a waterproof bed for my incontinent cat. Can I slip a indoor heating pad made for pets under the waterproof liner and not cause any damage to it?

Heating pads eventually will damage any vinyl surface eventually but would probably work fine for a period of time. We have a 17 year old cat with severe arthritis and back problems and we use the microwaveable heating discs and mats for him. They last 8-12 hours. This website has one available in the dog section. I like the microwaveable heat pads because you don't have to worry about a bored cat chewing on the cord ( we have 7 cats, so it's bound to happen).
