One of my dogs has really bum ears and if I don't clean her ears several times a week, she gets infections. Epi-Otic Advanced seems to work the best and smell the best. Drs.FosterSmith seems to have the best price. I use it slightly differently than the directions say. They say to squirt directly in the ear and then wipe with cotton. My dog is really unhappy when free-flowing liquid is squirted directly in her ear, even if I warm it first. So, what I do is saturate 2 cotton balls with the liquid and then tuck them midway down in each of her ear canals, making sure not to push it so far down that I won't be able to retrieve it. I give a good deep ear massage for a minute or two. Then take the cotton balls out. I don't dry it further, just leave it. It works just as well this way and doesn't upset the dog. In fact, she likes it. I think she looks forward to her ear massage.

The only ear cleanser I use for my dog
I originally purchased this product at the vet. When it ran out, I couldn't find it at the regular pet store and could have gone back to the vet, but it was much more expensive than to buy it online. I highly recommend it. My nearly 14 year old dog with floppy ears, hasn't had an ear infection since he was a puppy.

My GSD gets really bad ear infections & this is the only thing that works to keep him from getting them. I use it once a week where any others I had to use daily & still he got really bad infections. Best stuff on the market!!
