Bite Free Collars Collar, 11"-15"
I wanted to try something "better" than the Elizabethan collar after my Boxer's surgery...mainly because there was about three feet of snow on the ground and I could envision the poor boy using the collar as a snow scoop. Also, I wanted him to be comfortable walking around, riding in the car, and in his crate. This collar worked perfectly. He did not lick his surgical incision (neutering) even once. He seemed comfortable and relaxed. I saved it for my other dogs, in case of surgery. A great product!

I used this for trimming my dog's nails. I have a couple of dogs that are nippy and this calms them down. I love it.

This type of collar is a great improvement over the old style victorian collar that was so large that the dog had problems walking around the house without the collar knocking into the doorway or knocking something over. With the pet cervical collar my German shorthair pointer was able to do everything except lick or bite at his stitches.

This cervical collar is 110% better than the E-collar.
Our baby girl Zoe Mae (a standard schnauzer) doesn't mind the cervical collar on her at all. It took her a couple second to get the feel of it, after that everything was back to normal. Whereas with the E-collar of shame, she would be banging off the walls, chairs or anything else that got in her way.
To say nothing of getting no sleep (her or me). I took the advice of a previous review and cut two cardboard collars one four inch and one five inch wide then putting them around her neck to see which fit the best. The four inch was the fit we needed.
