C.E.T. Regular, 70 grams Flavor: Vanilla Mint
I started brushing my dog's teeth about 5 times a week about 9 months ago. I first started by just putting the toothpaste on his teeth and not even brushing them so he could get used to the process. Because of its enzymatic properties, I figured it would work even if I hadn't started brushing yet. We went to the vet a month ago, and his teeth have improved greatly, and the vet was impressed. My dog is five years old, and I just started brushing his teeth 8 months ago, and it has made a huge difference. This stuff works! My dog loves the taste too! He comes running when I tell him it's time to brush his teeth. In fact, I initially got this toothpaste at the vet, but I can get it for half the price through Dr. Foster's Smith, so I always order it and keep it on hand.

"Sami likes it!"
Samantha, my 14 year old rescue girl (adopted her 7/10/10 after radiation treatments were done for my Stage I breast cancer) Poor girl turned out to have severe heartworms, was pregnant, her left ear was cut by someone, her nose was burned with cigarettes, between her tail and her back someone kicked her so hard there is no hair there at all, AND she had breast cancer. Needless to say we bonded & if there is such a thing as a "canine soul partner", Samantha is it! She has had teeth problems as well (having 6 pulled) and her breath is pretty strong at times......I've used other toothpastes, but this one is great! She not only likes the taste (I even lightly brush her tongue!), but her breath is 100% better! We've gone through some tough times (last year she had to have her right eye removed.), and it doesn't matter "Who rescued who?" because our lives are both so much happier & better than they ever were!
