Blade Sets
Your Andis Easy Clip trimmer includes three detachable blade sets (Size 10, 7FC, and 4FC). The blade size is indicated on the blade. Use the clipping guide chart in the instruction manual (included in kit) to find the approximate length of cut for each blade set.
Removing the Blade set
First, make sure your clipper motor is switched "OFF". Push blade release button on top of clipper. After the blade releases from the clipper, slide it off the blade hinge. Note: Hair may accumulate in the front of the housing under the blade. If this happens, you can clean out the hair by brushing out the housing with a small brush or an old toothbrush while the blade is off the clipper.
Replacing blade set
To replace the blade set, slide the blade bracket onto the hinge of the clipper. Push the blade toward the clipper to lock into position.
Attaching the Safeguards
The safeguard blade attachments mount easily. Just snap them on or snap them off. You can always set the blades for a coarser cut by attaching any of the safeguard blade attachments made for your Andis Clipper. To use the safeguard, slip the cutter blade teeth into the safeguard. Snap the safeguards down; they snap on and off easily. These attachments guide hair into the clipper blades and give you precise control of hair lengths. The length of trim is indicated on the blade attachment. Blade angle will affect the cutting length.

Although this is said to be for small or medium sized dogs, I have a Gordon Setter, and it works wonders on him. He is a show dog, and I use these clippers for show grooming... I love them. Nice and quiet, very powerful, and most importantly... they are PINK! They perfectly match my purple grooming table.. haha. I would recomend these clippers to anyone who is either pet or show grooming on a budget. I couldn't afford anything more expensive.. these are definitely the best bang for the buck.
I know these clippers say for small and medium dogs, but they did a fantastic job on my Standard Poodle! These clippers slid right through her coat like butter! We did have to stop once because the clippers were getting too hot even with the cooling spray, but after a 10 minute break, I was able to finish with no problem. Well worth the money! And you can't beat the fact that they are PINK!
