Kong Tug Toy
My gal just isn't interested....
in the Kong Tug Toy.
The toy is well made. She plays tug of war with her other toys, but not this one.
Perhaps a larger dog would benefit from it. (My gal weighs 10 lbs.)

Good tug toy. Made of poor quality materials.
My little Boston Terrier liked to tug on the toy but she chewed some surprisingly thin and flimsy black pieces to bits in the first ten minutes. Up to the Top of the Refrigerator Toy Graveyard it goes:(

Very poor quality
This product only lasted one hour with two 15 pound dogs. Don't waste your money. Doesn't live up to the Kong name.

Let me start off by saying that the design of this toy is great, but the construction of it is very poor. I have two Boston Terriers, one 22 lbs and one 15 lbs, that managed to obliterate this in less than a week. When I received it, I played with the smaller one who is particularly fond of tug-of-war. At this point I thought the toy was great since I was tired of grabbing soggy ropes.
However, I went out of town the ensuing weekend and returned to find the toy completely destroyed. Neither of them are aggressive chewers, but were able to easily chew off one of the handles and rip the toy in half. There was some signs of chewing on the mid section, but you could tell that it was ripped due to them playing tug-of-war. There was a fairly straight tear across where it connected to the red plastic part that lead me to believe this.
I am fairly disappointed because although I'm sure this was not designed to be used as a chew toy, you would think a product that quotes utilizing the legendary Kong rubber would be able to resist some chewing by two small Boston Terriers. I would not suggest purchasing this product. If you decide to, Make sure not to leave it out and only to use it for playing tug. Still, I am uncertain on how long it would last, especially if your dog has any power behind their pull.
