This crate sets up or folds down easily. Soft sides and rounded corners protect upholstery, yet steel frame keeps its shape and durability. Zippered mesh doors on 2 sides and on top, plus mesh ventilation windows on other 2 sides. Waterproof vinyl liner and pad for easy cleanup. Carrying pouch (not shown in main image) clips to the crate to store treats and toys. The top of this crate has a storage bag to hold the fleece pad when not in use (perfect for when your dog's feet are muddy and you don't wish to soil the pad). Top, front, and side entry doors give you many access options and improved ventilation. Water-resistant denier nylon shell is extremely durable. Colors as shown.

Excellent quality, easy to set up/take down This is my second soft crate from Drs. Foster & Smith, the other one (different model) is in our bedroom as his nighttime sleeping crate. That one is very sturdy, but also somewhat heavy, and not as easy to set up/take down as this one. This crate is lightweight but still strong and super easy to set up and take down. You push four buttons (one on each support) and poof, it's collapsed. The additional bags, plus waterproof mat AND crate pad make this very worth the money. I bought this one to keep in the back of the car at all times, and it folds down nicely for storage when not needed. I highly recommend this crate! May 21, 2013

Very good soft crate I purchased this as a bedroom crate for my 4 month old German Shepard. She is very crate trained so I wasn't worried about her eating her way out. It is very easy to set up and there are no signs of wear from little scratching she does in the morning. Highly recommend this for crate trained dogs. Shipping was on time. May 16, 2013

Very sturdy, comfy and spacious. I bought the medium soft crates after I sold my dog car an old 4 door Toyota Echo that they loved. I transported them one time in my sports car and that was it because they scratched the interior up pretty good in a short period of time. I take my dogs everywhere and it was breaking my heart to not have them with me on the fly. I thought long and hard how to solve the problem? I checked out soft dog crates everywhere trying to find the perfect size for a Shelty and a Spitz, the I found the Dr. F&S site. They were the perfect size and the dogs actually love them, my car stays clean, damage free and most importantly my buddies get to ride with me again. I love my critters, Jasper and Izzy are a big part of my life and these crates have helped to create boundaries and order. They're sturdy, I love the color (red) because it goes nice with black interior, my dogs have plenty of room to lounge and they can't tear up my upholstery or get dirt all over everything. Glad we got it I wasn't sure about getting a soft-side crate for my five month old yellow Lab, but so far, it works fine. I got the large size and it's just right. He's already huge and this crate was for our RV, so we needed something that wouldn't damage woodwork. Easy to set up and break down. One time, though, we did come back to our RV to find Harley had flipped the crate sideways!! No harm. He was just laying there. And the mesh is much sturdier than other brands I've had in the past.
