Anti-Lick Strips

Protect surgical sites, wounds, or hot spots from your pet's excessive licking or biting with this natural solution. These treated, bandage-style strips deliver the powerful smell and taste of cayenne pepper, ground oregano leaf, clove oil and lemon powder to deter your pet from licking or biting at the site. (Large strips have peppermint in place of clove oil.) Excessive biting and licking can lead to more serious problems, such as lick granulomas. To use these strips, simply clean the affected region and apply these anti-lick strips directly to your pet's hair. The active ingredients are on top of the strip to deter pet, and the strip simply falls off on its own after a period of days. Packs include 6 anti-lick strips. For dogs and cats.

1. Gently brush affected area with soft grooming brush to remove loose hair and debris.
2. Wipe area clean prior to Anti-Lick Strip application.

1. Remove paper liner from the back of the Anti-Lick Strip and discard.
2. Apply Anti-Lick Strip directly to pet's hair, adhesive-side down. Powder mixture should be visible and right side up. If one bandage will not overlap onto itself, use two bandages by overlapping the second to the first and continue applying.
3. The Anti-Lick Strip is designed to fall off over a period of days. If the animal still exhibits undesired behavior after the initial application, apply another Anti-Lick Strip immediately.
4. Depending upon the type of pet hair, the strip may fall off before it is intended. In this case, apply a new Anti-Lick Strip immediately. Be sure the affected area is clean and free of debris.
