Perfect bed for arthritic dogs who need solid support, but love the softness of a pillow. 7-oz. poly/cotton quilted cover is removable and machine-washable. Quilted stitching keeps polyfil in place. Corded edges define bed shape and add a quality finish. Heavy-duty zipper is self-repairing and double-stitched. Fabric pocket hides zipper pull to protect your floor. How to Care for a Drs. Foster & Smith Pet Bed

Many people wonder how they can keep their pet beds clean, yet make sure that they last as long as possible. Here's how to extend the life of a pet bed while making sure it's always clean and fresh smelling.

Beds:

• Spot clean whenever possible.

Covers and Liners:

• For best results, wash the cover using regular washing detergent.
• Always use cold or lukewarm water.
• Turn cover inside out to protect the no-stain finish.
• Always equalize the load in your washer, especially if the cover is large: sopping wet covers can become so heavy that they may unbalance your washer.
• Tumble dry on low heat, or line dry (recommended for darker colors).
