It works for my 13 lb. Shih Tzu.
We are so attached to our small dog and I bike a lot. He fits comfortably in the carrier and keeps his eyes on me. He doesn't like the wind in his face. The carrier fits easily on the handle bars and can be secured safely. Thank you.

My review about the 3-1 basket
I have two baskets. One is for Sophie and the one I purchased here is for Spike. My dogs are dashhounds and I have a medium and a large one. These baskets are the best for the dogs to go with me on the 4-wheeler. It is safe for them and they get to ride also. They love having their ears blow in the wind as we are riding. Everyone needs a basket for a bike, motorbike, 4-wheeler or anything to allow your dog to ride along with you safely. These are the best type of baskets for dogs.

What Pleasure
Hello, My wife and I look at all types of pet carriers and we found with your company! This basket was the one!! easy to install and use, my little chorkie a small 8 pound dog, she likes to go with debi and myself if you are looking for a way to take your beloved pet along this is the product I would buy again. And another great dezine is the basket just slides off and on very easy, thke a look at this one

good product
I received the bike basket and did feel the quality was very good, however, I did end up returning it as I did not have the level of comfort that I was looking for while riding with our puppy. I just didn't feel 100% at ease with it.
