Doggie Dooley In-Ground Waste Digester Systems

Doggie Dooley waste disposal systems install in the ground to provide quick, easy cleanup of dog waste. Works like a home septic system by using environment-friendly enzymes and bacteria to turn dog waste into a ground-absorbed liquid. Simply deposit waste and add water and digester. Ideal for most soils except clay. Functions in temperatures as low as 40°F. Each digester model features a step-on lid opening and includes a starter supply of digester.

Model 2000 - 1 Large or 2 Small Pets Heavy-duty molded plastic won't fade, split, or discolor. Built-in overflow device. Fits into ground with round lid exposed. Recommended for 1 large or 2 small pets. Complete unit measures 15-1/2" deep x 13-1/2" diameter.

Model 3000 - 2 Large or 4 Small Pets Galvanized steel digester is designed to digest waste for up 2 large or 4 small pets. Unit has heavy-duty plastic cover with built-in overflow device. Complete unit measures 15-1/2" deep x 13-1/2" diameter.

Model 3800X - 2 large or 4 small pets Our strongest waste collector yet virtually invisible once installed. Durable, UV resistant plastic will not rust or corrode and will give you a clean, sanitary lawn for years to come. Unique design features open bottom to create a waste leach field. Step-on lid opening. 16" wide x 22" deep.

Models 2000 & 3000 - Pail-style models require digging a hole 48" deep. Width of the hole is 13-1/2" in diameter for both models. These units have built-in overflow devices, which allow stool to digest within the unit and drain gradually through the overflow tubes. It is very important to add at least 1 quart to 1 gallon of water daily. If water is not added daily, the unit will start to dry out and will need to be started-up again with water & digester.

Doggie Dooley 3800X - Our largest, strongest unit, the 3800X is designed to be easier to assemble and features a more durable, plastic construction. Made from outdoor quality, UV resistant plastics, the Eco-Friendly Doggie Dooley will provide a clean and sanitary lawn for years to come. Requires installation in the ground by digging a hole (approximately 1 hour installation time from start to finish). Install in the ground, drop in dog waste, and add Digester and water for continuous break down of waste. The environmentally friendly Doggie Dooley is harmless to lawns, pets and shrubs and has the capacity to handle the waste of up to 2 large or 4 small dogs. Works similar to a home septic system by using Enzyme and Bacteria action to turn waste into a ground absorbed liquid. Ideal for most soil conditions except hard clay (works well in sandy soil too). General Information:

These units do not work as effectively in soils with heavy clay content. To check for proper drainage, add 5 gallons of water after digging the hole. If the water drains completely in 48 hours, the unit should work properly.

The manufacturer recommends using Dooley Waste Terminator (digester) with all units, especially if dogs are fed a highly digestible food such as our Signature Series premium foods.

Too much chlorine in your water can stop or slow digestive action. Leaving a pail of water in the sun will evaporate the chlorine. This could take from 1-2 hours, or up to an entire day if the chlorine level is very high.

Digestive action will start at 40°F and increases as the temperature rises. When temperatures drop below 40°F you will want to discontinue use of the unit. When it warms up again, simply re-start the unit as in the beginning (adding water, stool, and digester).

Select a site for unit away from your house, tree roots, the path of your lawn mower, and an area of your yard where there is never standing water. Try to locate an area with minimum clay content and check for proper drainage first.
