I bought this fan because it can be attached to the outside of a cage, away from the dogs.
this was bought as a gift for my sons dogs, he hasn't used it on the dogs cage yet, but felt it would be perfect for them

Fans were Great
I bought two fans because we were shipping our dog from Los Angeles to Cebu Philippines. The dog would be in the crate that I affixed to the cage for about 22 + hours. I bought the fans because the ad said with new good battery's, on low setting, the fans should go about 100 hours.. All I know for sure is that the fans were working as new after the 22+ hour flight.
