Stair-Steps Two-Step Color: Soft Sage Carpet 4.7 5 46 46

Good Construction These steps are nicely constructed and very sturdy. The only problems is my 8 year old Boxer is afraid to use them. My husband and I are still working with her to try to get her to use the steps to get onto our bed. We are not giving up yet! March 22, 2013

Worth the price After purchasing the two-step stairs and seeing how well our aging Cavalier Spaniel handled the climb to a couch, we added the three-step version to reach our much higher bed. This took a little more coaxing but works and has made our lives easier -- and Charlie's. Yes, the steps are expensive but so well made - solid and stasble - that we feel the price is worth it. Awesome Bed! I received the bed and my older 83-LB. Yellow Lab who has bad hips went up them instantly and back down without a problem. They are very sturdy and not tippy at all. After I write this review on these wonderful steps I am ordering 2 more sets of the 3-step. They are well worth the money. February 17, 2013

Bienie; Yes these stairs will support your German Shepherd. I have a 90lb Pit Bull mix that uses the stairs multiple times daily. Further proof is that I myself at 220lb can use the steps without feeling or hearing any give or strain in the material. Hope this is helpful to your decision.

All of the furniture on this site is made out of heavy duty plywood type construction. They are heavy and extremely durable. Excellent craftsmanship. The stairs that we have actually support the weight of a human adult.

I'm I the only one that wants these stairs in a wider version? My BC's tend to jump over this unless they've had a really hard day on the farm.

Our older lab needed these steps to get up onto our bed, but she was frightened because they seemed narrow to her. We had to order a second set of steps so she'd be comfortable climbing -- and that worked great. I agree, the stairs should be wider.

What is the hight of each step on both the 3 and 2 step.

My dogs are very small and one has only 1 strong back leg.
So riser hight is important. The 3 step is fine for my bed but I am worried the 2 step risers may be too high.

All of the steps measure the same height and width. Maybe a ramp would be better for your fur babies. I would think these stairs would be too large for your little one. Please look at the item details as the exact measurements (I found them accurate) are listed. Good luck :)
