Obsessive
I got this for my Yorkie. She likes it but my shy 1 year old Pomeranian is obsessed with it! She LOVES this toy. She brings it to you and whines till we turn it on. We hide it she finds it! Great toy.

BEST Dog Toy ever!!
Yes, the set up (unscrewing, adding batteries, rescrewing) takes some time but it is totally worth it. My dog is crazy for it. She plays with it forever. Looks for it, and talks to it. Just when she thinks she can settle down and chew on it, it starts to wiggle and bark. She also shakes it to make it wiggle. No other dog toy is like it. Really smart. I am buying a bunch as gifts for my friends with dogs.

This toy is addictive for my dog!
When we first put batteries in the ball and turned it on the ball did nothing. It took us a couple of minutes to figure out that we had to shake the ball to make it start. As soon as the ball made it's first sound our 7 month on mini-dachshund went nuts. She almost would not let us get it back in the protective bag.
We have to take the toy away from her because she will play with it aggressively until she is panting and her feet are sweating. We give it to her for about 5 minutes and then take it away and let her rest. We purchase the toy about a month ago and she still sits up on her hind legs and begs for it as soon as we pick it up. The best toy ever!

Great but care needed
My dog loves this toy - makes him very excited. However I had to remove from the bag, because the bag was loose enough that he could shake and slam it against the ground quite viciously. Out of the bag - he just pushes and chases the bag around to his hearts content. I think it the bag was a tight cushion he could push around - it would be perfect.
