Diezel & Rosko love it ! Cleaning is so easy love it. I like the fact that there are two filters one that traps the larger particles for a better overall filtration.

Cats are happy so I'm happy
Quick delivery, easy setup, works great. The cats took a little while to get used to it, but they like it now. As other reviewers have noted, it sounds like running water, (because there is running water), and it takes me a second to remember that it's the cat drink and not something leaking in the laundry room. I have pretty hard water, so I've already got water spots on that I would have to use vinegar to remove, but I probably won't. I may switch to distilled at some point. Or maybe not. It's not a big deal to me.

Water gets dirty too quickly
I owned a traditional Drinkwell fountain for many years, but I wanted something that was dishwasher safe, so I "upgraded" to the Drinkwell 360 stainless steel fountain. After a few months of use, I've determined this product doesn't keep the water clean as long as the original Drinkwell. The filter is smaller and configured differently. The water only stays clean for 3 days in the 360 (4 days if I'm lucky), but it would stay clean for a week in my other fountain.
The fountain is easy to clean in general, although it is difficult to get the screen off the motor to clean it. I have plenty of hand strength and agility but really struggle to get that piece off.
I wish I could send this back and exchange it for something else.
