This dog ramp is great
My dachshund hurt his back and can no longer jump on the sofa. This ramp is wonderful. He immediately felt comfortable using it.

This product fall short
My 14 pd dog is almost 11 years old. She was having some issues with her hip so my brother made her a ramp to get on my bed which Mocha uses faithfully. Recently it was determined she was having some pain in her spine . Since she is allowed on the furniture in the living room I decided to get her a ramp to get on the couch, even though it is fairly low. I ordered it on line from Doctors Foster and Smith. It came quickly and was very easy to put together. Unfortunately my dog is having a hard time using it. She does go down it, but often slides when trying to do so. She will not go up it. If I have her favorite treat some time I can coax her, but the steepness of the ramp makes it difficult for her and she will not use it unless severly bribed. This ramp is much shorter and steeper than the one she uses in the bedroom.

We do not like the pet ramp.
The ramp does not feel stable to our dog, it wobbles a little from side to side. Also the hard "plastic" frame causes her to slip when her feet comes in contact with the plastic. Our Boston Terrier will not use the ramp after her first few attempts, she is afraid of it tilting over and fearful of skidding off of it.
