Rear Ridged Wheels
Attach the two ridged wheels to the metal plates on the rear of the tubular frame (the end opposite the rope handle.) The wheel stem is inserted into the hexagon cut out of the plate. Attach and tighten the nut/washer while holding the wheel firmly against the plate.

Front Swivel Wheels
Attach the two swivel wheels to the metal plates on the front of the frame. Line up the stem at 45 degree angle and insert into hexagon cut out. You must hold the swivel wheels firmly in place to keep the threaded stem from turning. Attach and tighten the nut/washer while holding wheel firmly against plate.
