The addition of a proven scent-blocking technology in our popular Deluxe Orthopedic Pad makes it even better than ever, especially for pets with coat odors or occasional urine leakage. This bed's Scent-Lok technology uses activated carbon, loaded with microscopic scent-trapping craters, to minimize pet odors on the bed. Scent-Lok is placed on the foam, inside the bed liner. Remove pad cover and place liner-encased foam pad in the dryer on the lowest setting to freshen and recharge Scent-Lok.

The Deluxe Orthopedic Pad's intelligent design puts an end to pet elbows hitting the hard floor before naptime. It cushions every square inch of your pet's body, from nose to tail, with 4" of thick orthopedic foam. Dome-textured, polyfoam core supports tender joints, reduces stress on pressure points like elbows and hips, and springs back to shape the minute he vacates it.

Choose all twill cover or twill with hair-grabbing Berber in natural or black. Our hefty 7 oz poly/cotton twill cover resists stains and won't wrinkle. Machine washable, zippered cover features accent piping.

NOTE: Since the Scent-Lok technology is located on the foam, inside the liner, we would advise you not to use this bed with a waterproof liner, as the liner will block the activated carbon from reaching the outer cover, where most dog odors are found.

• Always use cold or lukewarm water.
• Turn cover inside out to protect the no-stain finish.
• Always equalize the load in your washer, especially if the cover is large. Sopping wet covers can become so heavy that they may unbalance your washer.
• Tumble dry on low heat, or line dry (recommended for darker colors).
