No, you have set you flap so that she can not go out between 10pm-5:30am. She will always be able to enter your house,no matter what time of day or night she wants to come in. That is the great thing about this door, unless you set it to Locked or to NO Entry your cat can always get in no matter what time it is, she just can't go back out during the time you've set it to keep her in.
I have two cats they are both on the same schedule. They go in and out all day long (they are very brave until a dog runs by or the UPS man walks up to the door). My door is set to lock the cats inside from 6 pm until 7 am. If one is already inside at 5:30 and the door locks at 6 pm she is locked inside no matter what time the other one comes in. If the other one stays out until midnight he can still get in when he gets to the door.
