Rated 1 out of 5 by Trev neat idea..poor product
Seemed like a great toy for the 4 rescue kittens we have staying at our house while we find them a home. It was a great toy....for about 5 mins then they ripped the feathers right off of the toy and the actual toy itself. They even knocked it down very easily with their paws. Not very well built and will not stand up to kittens let alone cats. Dr. Foster and Smith is great just a bad product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DocMWood Absolutely fabulous toy...but don't buy it
I really wish I could give the Petlinks System Pure Commotion Electronic Activity Cat Toy a 5-star rating. It was fabulous, absolutely wonderful toy that our cat really, really loved.
For less than 24 hours.
The plastic arm (part C in instructions) broke due to the cat playing with it (which really should be expected for a cat toy). Now it is totally useless.
I called the company to see about buying a replacement arm. After all, my cat broke it, and it wouldn't be fair to have the place I bought it or the company that made it to replace or refund the entire item. Not to mention that I planned on buying several replacement arms, as I'm sure my cat would break another if given the opportunity. Unfortunately, they don't carry or offer any replacement parts. My only option was to replace the entire unit. Knowing that it might not last 24 hours, that just isn't worth it. Which is really sad since my cat really loved it.
Bottom line: As much as I hate to say it, I have to strongly recommend against buying this product until the company offers replacement parts.
Pros: Fantastic cat toy that really captures the attention of (at least younger) cats
Cons: Fragile enough that a kitten can break it, with no options for replacement parts

Rated 1 out of 5 by mabaneropepper noisy, doesn't work
Not only does it make a terrible racket, the feather moves in a very jerky motion in a limited range. And the cat immediately pulled the feather off.
