Its low-profile design doesn't skimp on kitty fun, however. It provides all the climbing, scratching, and hiding fun of our other cat furniture. The sherpa platform rises about 12" off the ground, providing a quick step up to the carpeted condo. A cedar post supports the condo, delivering virtually indestructible scratching fun. The condo makes a great lookout tower and doubles as a restful napping spot. Catnip treated and breakaway toy included. Carpeted 20" base. Overall dimensions are 23" x 23" x 36" high.

Assembly Instructions:

Remove bolts and washers from cedar and carpeted post
Thread 11" short bolt carpeted post into the t-nut on the bottom of the 12" Sherpa circle platform.
Thread the 22" cedar post into the t-nut on the side of the Sherpa condo.
Using 4" bolt and washer thread through bottom of the 20" carpeted circle base into the carpeted post and tighten.
Using 3½" lag bolt and washer thread through bottom of the 20" carpeted circle base into the cedar post and tighten.

Attach breakaway toy according to instructions included with the toy. Note: Re-tighten unit if necessary.

Cleaning Your Cozy Cat Island
The Cozy Cat Island can be vacuumed periodically to remove pet hair and debris. For the cedar, brush or vacuum only. Do not use liquids to clean. When carpet is soiled, spot clean only. Use soapy water solution or a pet-formulated spot/stain remover such as OdorLogic™ CleanAway (item #22032). Spray CleanAway directly onto the spot or stain, and allow its enzymes and "good bacteria" to go to work until the spot is gone permanently. It also removes all traces of pet odors, to keep the climber smelling fresh.
