Sturdy, good heighth and cats love exploring it.
We purchased this along with the Mega-Spiral and both of them (in the nutmeg carpet) go well with our furnishings. They are both very sturdy and this item withstands our cats jumping to the top sherpa landing without any problems or swaying of the furniture. Easy to assemble and keep clean.

this is the type of cat condo to get!
This cat condo is large enough and tall enough for an adult cat to enjoy for years. Our cats use theirs on a daily basis. Put it by a window so they can see out, and watch birds and squirrels.
Don't worry if it "wobbles". Ours does, and it doesn't bother the cats one bit! Nor, after 5 yrs, has it ever come close to falling!

Great Features
I ordered this for my 2 cats, and they just adore it. Both play on it, and the one cat sleeps on the condo. He's a 10lb 7 month old kitten. Fits him perfect. My other cat sleeps in the penthouse part. She's a 7lb 1yr old.
It was very easy to put together, instructions were clear. The snap on toy is easier to put on before attaching the penthouse. That is where I placed the toy. Its sturdy and durable.
