Directions for use: Stop that unwanted behavior in your pet by spraying in the direction of your pet, approximately 12"-18" away in a short burst. The can must be held in an upright position.

How quickly do cats respond after use of calming spray?
When the spray is used, a cat's perception of the pheromones is immediate. However, as in every behavior program, the visible improvement of specific behaviors may require some time, depending on a variety of factors: the cat; the nature, duration and severity of the problem; and behavior modification (cat and owner). An improvement in specific behaviors is usually seen during the first two weeks after using the spray, but some cats may require a month to exhibit visible improvement.
