Glyco-Flex I Feline contains perna canaliculus (green lipped mussel) from New Zealand, which provides many ingredients necessary to maintain healthy connective tissue as well as support the cellular processes of joints. Perna contains all major classes of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) including chondroitin sulfates and hyaluronic acid that occur in connective tissue such as joint cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and synovial fluids. Glyco-Flex II Feline contains the same level of green lipped mussel as Glyco-Flex I, but also adds glucosamine, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), DMG, and manganese. Cautions:
Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Consult with your veterinarian before using this product in animals: with clotting disorders; being treated with anticoagulant medications; with diabetes or any metabolic disorder causing hyperglycemia; with a history of urinary tract stones; with known allergies to shellfish.
