I bought item after item to get my cats to stop scratching on the couch but it just didn't work... until I bought this. I've had to replace the cardboard center numerous times and I'm so happy because it's much cheaper then a new couch. I had to buy a second one because my cats both try and use it at the same time. They both adore it and it's so much fun watching them play with it. It's a huge hit where other scratching post and toys have failed. Go ahead! Buy it! You won't regret it and your babies will thank you! |

This product is great! My cat enjoys this toy more than anything else. It gives her exercise to play as well as scratch. |

This is the best toy I've ever purchased for my cats. All my cats and foster kittens love to play with it and it's great exercise for them. They never seem to tire of it - even the "oldies." The flashing ball keeps them interested more than just a plain ball in some other toys, and they scratch the cardboard to shreds - keeping them from scratching other things they aren't supposed to. |

My babygirl likes chasing her tail, so I figured she might like this and I was right - she loves it! The blinking ball was such a great idea! |

My cats LOVE this toy. They turn themselves inside-out playing with this. They bat the ball and scratch deep in the cardboard center - with or without catnip. My little girl rolls on her back, flips over and practically does shoulder stands. I have some of the funniest photos of her on her back, feet all akimbo. Of the many, many items I've purchased, this one is a total winner for my kitties. |

We have the older version, without the lit ball, and it is the only Christmas gift our cats unwrapped (several times before Christmas and then again on Christmas day) without any prompting. Our cats still play with it all the time. Just sprinkle a little fresh catnip on the center, and they all come to play. We keep it in the living room, and in the middle of the night I will hear the ball rolling around and around for hours. Interestingly enough, our Dachshund likes to play with it too. I cannot get the ball out, but the cats have managed to do so and it takes a few days to find. Hence, buying a replacement ball would be a good idea. |

After a while, my cat gets bored with most of his toys but this one, he always comes back to. He likes to play with it at night when the lights are off, especially. He has worn out a couple of balls, but they are easy to replace. Adding an extra lighted ball, just makes it that much more fun... |

After introducing this toy to my cat and to my kitten, by rolling the ball around to entice them to play, both recognized the merits of this toy. I love to see them playing with it in low light, with the red light from the LED flashing as they swat the ball. I've bought three more of these. I gave one to my friend who has two cats, a brother & sister from the same litter. They loved this toy immediately, and my friend e-mailed me four pictures of her two cats playing with each other, swating the ball back & forth. I'm going to give the 3rd toy to my Mom's cat, and keep the 4th, so that my cats will have one on each floor of the house to play with. I often hear them rolling the ball around in the track in the middle of the night. This toy doesn't need batteries or electricity. |

I purchased our first Star Chaser a bit over a year ago when we brought home our new kitten. She loved it! She played with it so much that our older cats began to play with it as well. A few months after getting our kitten we adopted a puppy. Yep, she loves the toy as well. Try as they might, they just can't get that darn ball out of there. At this point, our house has three of these toys and all three get loads of use! |

My cat Lucy loved this toy from the get-go. She gets bored with toys very easily but she plays with this at least once a day. It took her a couple of months to figure out that the middle part could be used for scratching, but now that she's discovered that she loves that part as well. She plays with it frequently and the ball shows no signs yet of wearing out. Great toy! |

The BEST toy we have bought. We bought it originally for our oldest cat (4 now) and she loved it. We then used it for our next cat (3 now) and she loved it. It is now being used by our newest cat (9 weeks) and she has an absolute ball with it. The other cats will still play with it in burst. Very very good investment. Our ball is still on it's origional battery and we've only had to replace the cardboard. But being able to flip it over to use that side helps a lot! Definitely would buy this again!!!! |

WOW! I actually removed this toy from my cat and will now utilize it as a "prize." My 16 week old kitten would NOT stop playing with it. He was almost an hour in when I removed it. Great toy- buy it you won't regret it! Ha, my only hope is that the battery holds onto the ball! :) |
