The Extreme Weather Kitty Pad is an essential source of warmth for any cat that spends time outdoors. Its internal thermostat warms to a cozy 102°F, providing a surface that is comfortable for cats even in the coldest of temperatures. Place in a shed, garage, barn or anywhere your outdoor kitties spend time. Rugged ABS plastic housing is water-resistant and includes a free creme color fleece cover that allows heat to radiate properly. Measures 12.5" x 18.5" x .5". Uses only 40 watts, and includes a 5.5 ft steel-wrapped cord. MET listed.

How to Use your Heated Pet Pad
Easy to use. Just plug it in.
Power
The pad operates on normal household current (60 cycles, 110-120 volt AC). Never operate pad on DC current.
Placement
When placing the pad in a closed area, such as a kennel or box, the pad should cover no more than half of the floor space so that an adult pet may sleep either on or off the heat. The cord is spring wrapped to help protect it from your pet's teeth and claws. The remainder of the cord should be placed out of reach of any animal.
Heating
Allow 30 minutes for the pad to heat. It will feel slightly warm to the touch. Once an animal lies on it, the pad will reach its maximum temperature of approximately 102°F. It is thermostatically controlled to this factory preset temperature range.
Coverings
The open-mesh fleece of our heated pad cover is designed to allow heat to radiate properly. Avoid covering the pad with dense blanket-like material, which hold in the heat.
Cleaning
The surface of your Heated Pet Pad is washable and may be wiped or hosed off when cord is unplugged. Reconnect the cord only when pad and plug are thoroughly dry.
