For-Bid 12 Packets
I have used For-Bid on two occasions with a couple of different problem dogs. For-Bid is a food grade protein product. Previously, I used it on my dogs' food to help train a new puppy to stop snacking on his new doggie friends droppings in the yard. I sprinkled the product on all my dogs' food, cleaned up after everybody after each potty break and watched my sneaky snacker very closely to discourage his bad habit (gently). It worked for the remaining 11 years of his life. He never again showed any interest in poop.
Recently, I adopted a 7 year old dog who loved to raid the cat box. So, I was happy to see that For-Bid can be used with cats. I sprinkled the recommended amount of the product on each cat's food (either dry or canned) for 5 days, kept the litter boxes very clean and made them as inaccessible as possible to my new dog. I found that my three cats acted a little confused the first time the For-Bid was added but they all were fine with it by their second meal. I only caught him stealing the cat poop one time during the treatment. He brought it into the Family Room and laid it down on the carpet and looked at me as if to say, "What happened?". Before For-Bid the clue had been a mess of kitty litter in the same spot. It has been about a month since treatment and I've seen no further evidence! If he relapses I will re-treat a second time with extra product I have left over from my last purchase. Because I am a committed positive trainer with dogs I find use of For-Bid to be not only effective but the most positive and humane way to teach a dog to stop a very natural (but disgusting) habit. Scolding or even possibly hitting only makes a dog afraid of their owner and does not correct the problem. For-Bid worked very well for me but I would suggest that others follow the directions by using it in conjunction with managing the environment and retraining your dog.

Did not work for my dogs
I have 3 cats and a puppy and an older dog. Dogs love to eat the cat poop. Fed all animals ForBid as directed for 7 days, but dogs still love those "treats". It was a waste for me

Could Not Be More Unhappy
I was extremely unhappy with this product. I used exactly as told and it did not work at all. It should have been explained that there is a very small success record and therefore purchase at your own risk. I bought two so therefore I really lost money!
