Cats can lounge, scratch or hide on this durable cat tower
The oils found in this climber's Cedar wood posts appeal to your feline's sense of smell and have natural flea and insect repellency. This furniture's sturdy, multi-level carpeted perches provide several options for play, catnaps, or relaxed lounging. Plus, the wood and sisal are ideal surfaces to exercise a cat's natural scratching instinct.
Rugged, U.S.A. made cat furniture treehouse looms 44" high and provides one of the most cat-friendly retreats you'll find. Beginning with the sturdy 19" x 19" square base, your cat is sure to feel secure as he climbs up to any of the three perching levels. Assembly Instructions:
Take the tunnel and place it upside down on the floor (threaded holes face up). Thread one of the 30" posts into the tunnel until tight. Repeat to attach other 30" post. Remove 4" bolts from bottom of posts.
Set the base with cradles upright on the floor. Slide the sisal posts with tunnel through the saddle of the bottom cradle, making sure the window of the tunnel is facing in, and align holes with the base.
Gently lay the unit on its side. Using the 4" bolts with washers, partially thread both bolts and then tighten each one.
Stand unit upright and attach breakaway toy according to directions included with toy.
Check all pieces for tightness and re-tighten after a few days of use.
Cleaning your Classi-Cat Treehouse:
A Drs. Foster & Smith Classi-Cat Treehouse can be vacuumed periodically to remove pet hair and debris. For the cedar and sisal, brush or vacuum only. Do not use liquids to clean. Cedar, like the natural trees cats love to scratch, may show some cracks as it ages. Rest assured that it in no way alters the soundness of the product.
When the carpet or lambswool is soiled, spot clean only. Use soapy water solution or a pet-formulated spot/stain remover such as OdorLogic™ CleanAway. Spray CleanAway directly onto the spot or stain, and allow its enzymes and "good bacteria" to go to work until the spot is gone permanently. It also removes all traces of pet odors, to keep your Treehouse smelling fresh.
