Rinse Ace 3-Way Pet Sprayers

Shower Sprayer converts your home shower into a private pet grooming salon. Enclosed diverter-style connector easily installs between the shower pipe and your existing showerhead. Installation

1. Remove showerhead. Adjustable wrench or pliers may be needed. To prevent scratching, always cover parts with a cloth before using these tools.
2. Wrap pipe with the enclosed Teflon® Tape. This produces a better seal and prevents possible leaking. Twist Connector onto your shower pipe. Exposed threads will not affect the seal. The Connector should twist on easily by hand. If you have trouble, remove Connector, change angle to align the threads and try again. Do not force the Connector. This could strip its threads. Hand tighten only to prevent damage to Connector.
3. Wrap the Connector threads with the enclosed Teflon Tape. Reattach the showerhead. Do not force. Exposed threads on the Connector will not affect the seal. Hand tightening is sufficient.

• Attach the Sprayer by aligning the tabs on hose end with notches in Connector opening. Push in and twist clockwise to lock. Water will not come through the showerhead when the hose is attached.
• Turn on shower and adjust water temperature for your pet's comfort. Wet your pet completely using any or all of the three spray settings. Turn the outer edge of the sprayer face to select the desired setting. Move the toggle switch to select the water flow.
• Move toggle switch to "Pause" level when shampooing. Water may drip from Sprayer. This feature eliminates the need to turn the water and reset its temperature when turning back on.
• After shampooing, rinse until water runs clear. Rinse the tub clean and turn off water. Twist the hose counterclockwise to unlock and pull straight out. Drain remaining water in hose before storing. Coil for easy storage with your other pet supplies.

Installation

For Outdoor Spigot, Garden Hose or Laundry Tub

• Twist hose end of the Rinse Ace Three-Way Pet Faucet Sprayer onto spigot or garden hose threads. Turn on water. Move the toggle switch to select the water flow. Wet your pet completely, turning the outer edge of the spray face to select a gentle, pulsating, or concentrated spray setting. Move toggle switch to "Pause" level when shampooing. (Please note: The extra parts enclosed are for use on most bathroom or kitchen faucets and some tub faucets. You do not need them for use with a spigot or garden hose.)

Remove the old aerator and washer from your faucet's spout. If you need to use an adjustable wrench or pliers, cover aerator with a cloth first to prevent scratching.

• If your spout is threaded on the outside, place only the thinner rubber washer inside the new aerator.
• If your spout is threaded on the inside, place only the thicker rubber washer inside the new aerator. Twist the new aerator back onto the spout. This aerator can remain permanently attached.
• Twist the threaded end of the quick-connect adapter into the hose base.
• Align tabs on quick-connector under "arrow" markings on aerator. With one hand, hold faucet for leverage and with the other hand, push quick-connector up into aerator. Turn clockwise a quarter turn until it stops and then pull down slightly.
• Turn on the water slowly. Move the toggle switch to select the water flow. Wet your pet completely, turning the outer edge of the spray face to select a gentle, pulsating or concentrated spray setting. Move toggle switch to "Pause" level when shampooing. Never leave hose unattended when water is turned on. Turn off water before detaching hose. To remove hose, place one hand on faucet for leverage and use the other hand to 1) push the hose up, 2) turn the hose counterclockwise a quarter turn and 3) pull down hose.

• Small drips may occur from back side of aerator with some faucets when hose is not attached. This is normal.
• Always check water temperature by releasing water away from pet first.
• Lubricate O-Ring on quick-connect if hose is difficult to push into aerator.
• Drain remaining water in hose before storing. Coil for easy storage with your other pet supplies.
