It does what it is supposed to do
They are ramp covers that fit the ferret nation cage. It's been a few weeks and they have not been torn to shreds, hence 4 stars. One is open on the end, which is good for the ramp between levels (which I don't recall reading about in the description, but it is a good feature).

Good but could be better
The pads fit well and our ferret seems to like his new “carpet flooring”. A few “down sides”: the self pads are a slightly different color than the floor pads; the pads prevent the shelves from being seated properly in the groves due to the elastic that holds them in place; The elastic that holds the pads in place also works too well and we had to cut off two (one on each opposite corner) on each pad to loosen it up because when our ferret gets under the pad, he gets stuck and cannot get back out due to the elastic holding the pad down too tightly. Overall, and after modifying them, we are very pleased with the pads and do not plan on going back to bedding. Also, you will need to vacuum the pads a few times a day due to the litter, food, etc. being spilled and making his home look messy (something bedding hides better). We use a small handheld Dirt Devil (mounted next to the Ferret Mansion) to make this convenient for quick clean up.

Very Nice Cage/Shelf Pads & Awful Ramp Covers
I purchased the 5-piece cage set, which included 2 large cage pads, 1 reversible shelf pad, & 2 ramp covers. The cage pads & shelf pad are wonderful products! They are just as described/pictured, an attractive, navy microsuede fabric with elastics on the corners to hold the pads in place. BUT...the ramp covers were awful! All 3 of my ferrets could NOT go up/down the ramps without experiencing great difficulty. They either endured their paws sliding out from under them while they struggled to go up the ramp, or they slid right down the ramp to the bottom with a thud. THE PROBLEM: the fabric is too thick to be an effective ramp cover, making a ramp into a sliding board. F&S would be wise to consider making necessary alterations to their ramp cover product, as the material is very nice, but this material does not work for ramp covers. Ferrets cannot gain any footing through the thick material, rendering the ramp covers useless.

not worth the money
does not stay attatched to the ramp. the fabric is to slippery for the ferrets as they cant get a grip and slide off.
