| Putting food inside the Kong keeps your ferret content, busy, and out of trouble for extended periods of time. Regular Kong use may also help in your ferret's oral care, massaging gums and helping wear down teeth.
Since no pet toy is indestructible, supervise your ferret's use of Kong Toys until you are confident they can be used safely without supervision. Inspect often for cracks, separations and/or missing parts. Flex your dry Kong and inspect it from all angles. If you find worn or loose pieces, replace toy immediately to prevent chew hazards. |
