Epsom salt gel is ideal for drawing out infection, inflammation and soreness from horse hooves. It is also used as a rub for temporary relief of sore muscles, tendons, and joints. This formulation is now labeled for use on both horses and riders. Rub on affected areas up to 4 times daily; for hooves, pack the frog or abscessed areas and cover with a wrap, a boot, or a gauze pad and duct tape to protect the hoof. 20 oz. jar.

Ingredients:
Epsom Salt ... 60%
Methyl Salicylate in a water soluble base
Directions for Use: Apply directly to painful muscles, tendons, and joints. Repeat as needed for relief of soreness and to relax muscles - no more than 4 times daily. If possible, bandage lightly. If symptoms persist more than 7 days or clear up and return, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Epsom Salt Poultice can be covered with cotton or wrap. For drawing out infection and soreness from hooves, pack the frog or abscessed area and cover with wrap or attach a boot to protect the hoof.
For eye contact rinse with cold water and get medical attention. If ingested induce vomiting and contact a physician.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. |
