Absolutely Works!
Just used the trailer tie for the first time. I helped take another horse that i have not trailered before to a local show. This horse flipped out when we went to unload him. Reared up and pulled back and BAM, the tie unhitched he came out of the trailer and stopped, we grabbed the lead that stayed on his halter and everything was fine! By using this tie we averted what would have been seriously ugly. Everyone who went to the show with us is now planning to switch to this trailer tie. I thought it sounded like a great product but having witnessed what it can do the very first time I used it has me absolutely convinced that it is a must have.

The only trailer ties you should use!
These are the best trailer ties. Horse can break free if panicked or in accident and then you can hook them right back up. The safest way to travel with your horses.

I love this safety tie
I love this safety tie. I have one in the trailer and I use one on the wash rack where I board my horse. It is nice to know it will release when needed. I do not like the bungee style ties. I also have put up two sets of cross ties for the aisle. My old horse had issues with spooking and hated being tied on shorter ties. These allowed the freedom to adjust the length and he did very well. It is a must have for any barn in my opinion

Great product!
I have used a safety release tie in my one horse trailer for three years and have been extremely satisfied. I recently bought a 3 horse trailer so of course, I had to buy two more ties. Fortunately, I have not had a real emergency that tested the ties when a horse fell, but I do have the peace of mind knowing that if a horse fell while traveling, the release would prevent him from getting hung and injuring himself even further. I would recommend that everyone get one of these.
