General Information
Pre-Strike Mosquito Torpedo (Mosquito Torpedo) is an easy and effective way to kill developing mosquitoes in standing water before they become breeding, biting adults. With just one bite an adult mosquito may transmit West Nile Virus and other viruses that can cause disease in both people and animals. They may also transmit heartworm disease to dogs and cats. Mosquito Torpedo slowly and continuously releases an Insect Growth Regulator into water to prevent adult mosquito development for up to two months. Mosquito larvae exposed to treated water die in the pupa stage before they reach adulthood.
DO NOT apply to water that drains into public waterways.
