Comfy Cone

Redesigned Comfy Cone still keeps your pets from scratching and biting at skin wounds, hotspots, or post-op stitches. But now Comfy Cone also comes with removable stays, to give it just a little more structure when you need it. When you don't, simply remove the stays to enjoy a softer, flexible cone. Either way, these are a great alternative to stiff, lampshade-style recovery collars. Comfy Cone lets your pet eat and sleep in normal positions while wearing. Because it's flexible, your dog can do many of his normal activities without you having to remove the collar. Use Comfy Cone Extender (only with the XL size Comfy Cone) when you need more neck circumference for giant breed dogs without added neck-to-snout length. XXLarge Comfy Cone gives you both - increased neck size AND increased neck-to-snout length.

Velcro® fasteners let you adjust the collar for a secure fit. Your pet's own collar threads through the cone to keep it in place. Made of water-resistant nylon fabric, laminated to 1/2" foam, to produce a collar that is soft and yielding, yet protective. Wipes clean easily with cold water and mild soap but can be machine washed, too. Folds and stores flat.

Comfy Cone folds back if needed so you can adjust the length to increase your dog's visibility, assist with mealtimes or will allow you to examine your dog.

Sizing your pet for a Comfy Cone
Measure your dog's neck at the base of the neck, then from the neck to the snout. If you find that the neck measurement points you to one size but the neck-to-snout measurement points you to another size, rely most on the neck-to-snout measurement. The Comfy Cone is adjustable around the neck.
