I recently purchased your "Animal Away" product to protect my fish pond from dogs, cats, and Blue Heron. This was advertised as producing a "human inaudible" sound that would chase away preditors. I installed the Animal Away, and I hear the signal everytime it is activated. In addition, my son has a dog, and one day I forgot to turn this off prior to his arrival, and it signaled and did nothing to afeat his dog in any manner - and he was approximately 2 feet from the device. Also, this morning I had a Blue Heron land next to my fish pond, the device alerted (my wife said we had an intruder in the back yard because she could here the device's signal) and the Blue Heron was standing directly in front of the device and it wasn't the least bit intimidated. It only flew away when I went out there to see what was causing the device to alert. With that in mind, do you have any other suggestions that I might employ to keep cats, dogs, and Blue Herons out of my fish pond?
