Dog's Name: Scout
Breed: Labrador Retriever
Age: 9 years
Her story: Scout was diagnosed with hip dysplasia via the PennHip system (The University of Pennsylvania's Hip Improvement Program - one system that grades for hip dysplasia) at six months of age, and her owner was told that she would probably need a total hip replacement by the time she was 5.
