Packaging and Shipping Your Returns

- Please fill out the entire returns form detailing what you are returning and how you would like us to handle the return, i.e., credit, exchange, etc., and place it inside of your return package.
- Decide how you would like to return your merchandise to us.
- Taking advantage of our low cost UPS prepaid label? Click here to print it! Securely attach the pre-paid label and present your package to any UPS driver, or drop off your package at any authorized UPS shipping center. Done! Remember, we'll deduct the $7.99 fee from your credit amount or apply it as a balance due to pay with your next order.
- Choosing a different carrier to return your merchandise? No problem! Please utilize our return address form on the front of your invoice or send the merchandise back to the following address:
