Shipping Guarantee
- All ground orders shipped from our warehouse arrive in 4-7 business days unless otherwise indicated.
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day.
- Most orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday only.
Shipping Policy
Unlike our competitors, we don't charge our customers extra shipping for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground service within the 48 connecting states. You pay one LOW Flat Rate shipping & handling charge of $5.99. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.
All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories require Air Delivery. Please select your expedited delivery option during checkout.
Shipping Options
We offer Standard Ground (within 7 business days), Expedited (2-4 business days), FedEx® 2 Day Air (2 business days), and FedEx® Overnight Air (next business day) delivery options unless otherwise noted on the product page. Delivery by Friday is available for most of our products for Overnight Air or 2-Day Air service to any address in the 48 connected states as long as we receive your order by 1:00 PM CST, Thursday for Overnight Service, or by 1:00 PM CST, Wednesday for 2-Day Air service.

Shipping to a different address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
Splitting an Order between Two Shipping Addresses
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.
How to Track Your Order
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available.
