- Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day.
- Most orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process your orders 7 days a week, our carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday only.
Shipping Policy
FREE economy ground shipping on all orders $49 and over. A low flat rate charge of $5.99 will apply to orders under $49 (product total does not include applicable tax). FREE shipping and low flat rate shipping applies to economy ground shipping to 48 connecting states only. Oversize or heavyweight items with the blue star symbol ship for an additional $7.99. Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited and air shipments. The blue airplane symbol indicates items requiring additional shipping fees on expedited or air orders.
We strongly recommend air service to ensure your vaccines arrive in peak condition. Due to the temperature sensitivity of vaccines, we will not be able to replace or accept returns on vaccines that are shipped ground service.
All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories require Air Delivery. Please select your expedited delivery option during checkout.

We offer (unless otherwise noted on the product page):
- Economy Ground (5-9 business days)
We select the most cost-efficient carrier to deliver your order once it's ready to be shipped. Our primary carrier of choice is UPS SurePost which sometimes utilizes USPS for final delivery. In the event your shipping address does not accept postal deliveries, we'll select a different carrier.
- Standard Ground (Up to 5 business days)
Our primary carrier of choice is UPS Ground. Orders shipping to a PO box will be sent via USPS.
- Expedited (2-4 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air® (2 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air® (next business day)
- UPS Next Day Air® Saturday (where available by zip code)
Delivery by Friday is available for most of our products for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air service to any address in the 48 connected states as long as we receive your order by 1:00 PM CST, Thursday for Next Day Service, or by 1:00 PM CST, Wednesday for 2nd Day Air service.

Shipping to a Different Address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
Shipping to Canada
Flat rate fee ($18.00 US) plus 18% International Surcharge based on merchandise value apply. Online orders ground shipping only; please call 800-381-7179 for expedited shipping. Please expect approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. Sorry, certain items (including Rx prescriptions and flea & tick preventives), are not eligible for Canadian delivery.
Splitting an Order Between Two Shipping Addresses
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.
How to Track Your Order
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available.
To track your package and view its estimated arrival date you can:

- Click the link provided in the shipping notification email to be directed to the shipper's website. Detailed tracking information will be updated as the shipment progresses.
