We've tried to make our online ordering process as easy as possible. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to call us at 800-381-7179.
- As you navigate our site, add as many items to your shopping cart as you wish. If you
set up an account with us, the items will remain in your shopping cart for up to 30 days. During this time, you may see what is in your shopping cart while logged in by clicking View Cart in the top right of any page.
- Click Checkout. Checking out is a 5-step process. Help is available at every step. NOTE: If you have an account with us, this process is shortened. For more information on setting up an online account, please
click here.
- Step 1: Enter Bill-to information.
- Step 2: Enter Ship-to information.
- Step 3: Choose a shipping method.
- Step 4: Enter credit card information, and apply any coupons or gift certificates to the order.
- Step 5: Finalize the order. This allows you to verify and/or edit any of the order information and add a gift card.

Order by Phone
If you prefer to order by phone, call us 6 am-Midnight, CST, 7 days a week talk to one of our courteous Customer Service representatives. Our number is 1-800-381-7179. Please have your credit card handy.
You can also use that number if you have any questions about the products we offer, or need help selecting the right product for your pet.
Order by Fax
Simply fax a completed order form to us at 1-800-776-8872, and we'll take care of it from there.

Order by Mail
To order by mail, print out and fill in the order form (see instructions above). You may pay by personal check, bank draft (drawn on a U.S. bank only), money order, or credit card. If you are paying by credit card, please fill in the requested credit card information. Please do not send cash. Mail the completed order form and payment to:

Ordering by mail:
If you choose to send us your order by US mail, we accept personal check, money order, or credit card. Be sure to calculate and include shipping charges and sales tax, where applicable.
APO/FPO Addresses
All shipments to APO/FPO address are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery.
NOTE: The following items cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO address: oversized items, vaccines, electronic items, and some meat products. Contact customer service to determine the exact restrictions.
Follow these steps when entering an APO or FPO address
- Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant fields
- Enter APO or FPO in the City field.
- Enter AE in the State field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter AA if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter AP if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
- Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from the Country drop-down menu.
International Addresses
If you wish to ship outside of the United States, please Contact Us beforehand with a list of your order item numbers so we may provide you with a custom shipping quote from our international carrier. For your convenience, we recommend sending your list via Email using our Contact Us page (linked above). You may also use our toll free number: 1-800-381-7179.
Redeeming Coupons or Promotions
New customers may discover limited time coupons for Drs. Foster & Smith products in magazine, newspaper, television, catalog, or online advertisements. These coupons will usually provide a 8-digit code to redeem during online checkout.
- On the Payment Method page (step 4 of 5), click the Add/Edit Coupon button. NOTE: This button is also available on the Finalize Order page (step 5 of 5).
- Click the Enter Coupon Code button and type in the code on the coupon.
- Click Add Coupon.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
- On the Payment Method page (step 4 of 5), click the Add/Edit Gift Certificate button. NOTE: This button is also available on the Finalize Order page (step 5 of 5).
- Enter the gift certificate number, and click Apply Gift Certificate.
Gift Messages
 Add a personal touch to your purchase by adding a special message to any gift orders! Gift messages can be included in any order to add a special touch to your gift. Send a message from you to your loved one - or from your pet to theirs.
It's easy - when calling in to make purchase simply ask one of our friendly operators to add a gift card to your order.
For on-line ordering using the following procedures:
- On the Finalize Order screen, click the Add Gift Message button.
- Type your personal message to the recipient in the text entry box. (180 character limit)
- Click the Continue with Checkout button.
