How does the Auto Delivery Program work?
Auto Delivery is Drs. Foster and Smith's automatic product replenishment program. When you sign up for Auto Delivery, you receive automatic shipments of products you specify, on a schedule/frequency you specify, to ensure that you never run out of your pet's favorite products. Sign up online with qualifying products or call 1-800-381-7179.

Auto Delivery benefits include:

  • Save up to 20% on select regular-priced dog or cat foods eligible for Auto Delivery.
  • Save up to 10% on the regular price of Drs. Foster and Smith-brand items eligible for Auto Delivery.
  • Enjoy direct-to-your-door delivery and avoid lugging food, litter, or other heavy items from your vehicle.
  • ALWAYS get the lowest price on every Auto Delivery order (when an item is on sale for more than the Auto Delivery percentage off, you pay the sale price).
  • Reorder multiple quantities of each product at a time (for example, 2 bags of dog food every month).
  • Specify Auto Delivery automatic replenishment on individual items at different times (for example: dog food sent once a month, Scrubbies dental treats sent every other week, bird seed sent every 6 weeks).
  • Adjust Auto Delivery shipment dates at any time up to 5 days prior to your next scheduled shipment.
  • Coming soon - easily manage your Auto Delivery settings online! You will be able to add or remove items, change delivery dates, or skip deliveries as needed.

Is there a minimum order needed to sign up for Auto Delivery?
No, but there is a $39 minimum to receive the Gift Certificate promotion.

What if I sign up for Auto Delivery and the item is already currently on sale (a limited-time sale)?
Auto Delivery members always receive the lowest price available when Auto Delivery items ship. If an Auto Delivery item is currently on sale, but the sale expires prior to your next delivery, you'll receive the lowest price available at the time of delivery.

Will members signed up for the old Auto Delivery program get a refund for the 10th shipment free (since the free 10th shipment is no longer offered with the new Auto Delivery program)?
If you're currently signed up for our Auto Delivery program, you should have received communications from us regarding the automatic and seamless transition to the new Auto Delivery program. These communications explained how you will receive compensation for your participation, despite not getting the 10th order free. Please call 1-800-381-7179 if you have not received any communications from us regarding the transition from the old to the new Auto Delivery program.

Will I be reminded when my next Auto Delivery shipment occurs?
Yes, we will email you one week prior to your next Auto Delivery shipment so you may make any changes you require.

How do I change a scheduled Auto Delivery shipment?
You may postpone scheduled shipments, change your frequency, and update the quantity of any items in your account by calling 1-800-381-7179. You may make modifications up to 5 days prior to your next scheduled shipment.

How will my Auto Delivery items be shipped?
We ship all items via Economy Ground Service. If you have multiple ship-to addresses on file, items shipped to different addresses - even on the same day - will be billed separately.

If two or more Auto Delivery items scheduled at different frequencies coincide to ship on the same date, those separate orders will be combined in the same package.

How am I billed for Auto Delivery?
Your Auto Delivery items will be billed to your account on the date they ship. Current prices apply. To avoid any delays to your scheduled shipments, your credit card information is required on file. Please note PayPal® is not an available payment method for Auto Delivery orders.

What if my Auto Delivery item is on backorder?
From time to time, popular items may become temporarily unavailable. If this is the case when your Auto Delivery product is scheduled to ship, we'll notify you of the backorder via email.

Please note: Auto Delivery orders do not qualify for Paypal or Gift Certificate payment options; not available on shipments to Canada as indicated.
