My boxer gets so cold, so I got him a coat that straps on. But his sister pulls it off him. Is there a coat that cant be so easily snatched?

It needs to be easy and quick to out on. I bought him a swatshirt that pulls over his head, but he's not very coopertive when putting it on. And it tended to get wet when he went. Any suggestions?
