I have two felines-Jewel and Napoleon[Nepia]. Nepia doesn't like ANY treat we give her,while Jewel munches them away!

Nepia was a stray cat. She doesn't [so far.] like any treats we give her. Jewel munches them away! Any reccommendations of treats for a stray,skiddish,cat?

Answer:

Try the tuna flakes or the chicken liver treats. Neither one contain preservatives. Since she is a stray she might be having a hard time with treats that contain anything but 100% meat.

I have a 7month old maine coon kitten (all adult teeth are in) can I give him a dogs chew?

He is constantly chewing everything in sight.
Can I give him a dog treat suchs as your rawhide or lambs ears or vegetable rolls to satisfy his chewing needs? He is currently 13.8lbs and quite large. Are there any ingredients or concerns with a cat using these products.

While typical rawhide shouldn't contain anything that is bad for kitty... you could also try the dehydrated chicken filets. They're hard and large enough he could chew them quite handily. They're 100% pure chicken with no additives and the fact that they're all meat might appeal to him. I myself have a kitten who is half Norwegian Forest cat and is himself quite large. The chicken treats kept him busy when he was teething.

Where can I get soft cat treats?

My cat was rescued from a dog attack that bit through his jaw and head....he has trouble chewing and since he gets wet and dry food mixed, he eats small amounts until his jaw gets tired. I need good suppliers of soft, moist cat treats in a variety of flavors.

Just saw this question and in addition to the treats recommended by the staff. The codfishes share a page with Tuna flakes.. your kitty won't really have to chew them as they're more than paper thin and quite easy for my kitties to 'lick' up and then swallow. If you don't mind breaking it into smaller pieces the Salmon on that same page is a huge hit at my house (5 out of 6).
