Answer:

I have two Parakeets. I purchase seeds from Dr. Foster and Smith which is mixed. I also purchase separate seed which you can add to your parakeets' diet: red millet; sunflower seed; safflower seed, hulled oats,cracked corn, etc. I mix them in with their daily diet.
I also create food for them: bread; eggs; lettuce;corn, frozen vegetables, etc.
I put this on top of their food to add nutrition. They only have 24 hours to eat this food.
Whatever is not eaten within 24 hours, I throw away.
They eat the food I create, the mixed seed (sometimes they share food with other birds as you see on the packages).
I purchase treats to give them an additive once in awhile.
Both are doing fine.

I also have a Bourke's and I purchased him from a private breeder who gave him primarily pellets and millet. I have done a bit of research on them and most articles suggest that a good quality pellet contains all of the nutrients that they need. I was also told that more often than not people opt for seeds because they are generally less expensive, easier to find and picky eaters may be resistant to the pellets. I use Zupreen Natural Daily Bird Food and Harrison's High Potency Mash with millet as a treat. I hope that this is helpful.

My female parakeet lay 8 eggs 33 days ago and they have not hatch the male and female both sit on the eggs.What should i do remove all the eggs or see
