One of the improvements you'll notice right away is a much improved online interface. Our ordering and checkout process is straightforward and very easy to use, and our site is reliable, fast and contains the information you need to choose the best products for your pet.

Setting Up An Account

One thing you may want to do right now is set up an account with us. While you do not have to set up an account with us to order from our site (our "Shop Anonymously" option), registering will save you time every time you order with us and is a convenience most of our customers choose. It only takes a few minutes and is basically just providing us with your name and address information and establishing a new login name and password.

You can also set up an account with us the first time you check out. Just click on the "New Customer" button during checkout and we'll walk you through the account registration process.

When establishing your account with us, please use your existing Pet Warehouse login name and password if they are available. Thank you.
