I am glad that the pine litters did not go away. I remember when they hit the scene about 15 years ago. I liked at first, but the quality went away fast, and seemed that the concept, in general, was a flop. BUT...I tried this and it is not bad, especially for the price. I also like the "walnut based" litters. I prefer this to any type of clay, because of the low tracking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JLeighK I find I am less allergic to this brand.
Most pine kitty litters cause my allergies to act up but this one doesn't for some reason. It seems to work the same as other pine kitty litters, I've used in the past.

The pine litter is a nice option if you are looking for a natural product, but the clumps don't hold together well when scooping them out of the box.

The original Feline Pine was unbeatable until Arm and Hammer took it over. Simply Pine is better than most of the other pine-based brands but is a distant second to good ol' Feline Pine. Simply Pine deteriorates quickly and does not have the pine smell of Feline Pine but it does hide odor fairly well. And all pine-based litter is better than all the others.
