Phosphate Remover 16 oz
Helpful product for high phosphate
Took a whole container to get the Phosphate in my aquarium down to under 10ppm - was out of range. Works well, but does make water cloudy AND deposits phosphate in filters. Recommended.

Another great Microbe-Lift Product! Works!
I have tried most of the Microbe-Lift products available for the home aquarium market. This one is another good product. It does cause cloudiness so I recommend using it at night (less stressful for you). My fish do not not the cloudy water at all (hence my 4 out of 5 star rating) -- but in the morning, the water is sparkling clear. I use it before servicing the filters as the instructions say to rinse your filter media after use. I doubt I will ever use it to get phosphate levels down to zero. I have freshwater aquariums (no plants) where phosphate level is not as critical (I am happy with 5 ppm). I do highly recommend this product if you have a slight white haze and other water clarifiers do not work. You do need to have a phosphate test kit to confirm your suspicion. My phosphate lever was 10 ppm in my 20 gallon last night - slight white haze towards the top for a few days. I treated with Microbe-Lift Phosphate Remover before turning in for the night - and this morning? Bright clear water and happy fish once again. While this product is not supposed to affect pH - I highly recommend testing your pH and buffering appropriately before treatment -- then checking again several hours later. My pH levels did drop both times I used this product, but not significantly. I usually check pH in the morning and at night for both of my aquariums (a drop in pH can signal high nitrates - for which I have other tried and true products).
