Speed Feed Professional Trimmer Kit Cordpack
UNBELIEVABLE Trimmer and Customer Service!
About seven years ago I purchased a Laube Litening for trimming on our two Arabians. Having hacked our way through fetlocks, bridle paths, etc. with other trimmers (I would drop manufacturer names here, but have decided not to do so - just pick two major 'American' manufacturers and insert for yourself), I finally decided to bite-the-bullet and really invest in a good trimmer. I did some research and opted for the Made in the U.S. Of A. Laube. When I first used it for tasks like those noted above, I was startled at how easily the Laube performed - none of the expected pushing, pressing, crude finesse was needed - it actually took practice on my part to use a truly good trimmer - but the most impressive aspect of the Laube was yet to be revealed, several years down the road. After about 4 years of use I noticed that the housing of the trimmer seemed to be cracking at several places - in time, it became difficult to use the trimmer at all. Now, while I do not believe I or anyone else who had used the trimmer had ever abused it, I must admit that it could have easily been exposed to extremes of weather, various equine chemicals, etc. Thinking that Laube might be able to look at the trimmer and offer advice on what I might have done to damage the trimmer over the 4+ years of use, I shipped it to Laube's service center in California. At best I figured they might eventually send me a note with their assessment regarding what had happened and what to avoid in the future. I essentially forgot about the whole thing, until I received a carefully packed parcel about 5 weeks later. Upon opening the box I pulled out a COMPLETELY REBUILT Laube Litening trimmer. A handwritten note from Mike in the service center simply stated that the trimmer had been rebuilt with a new housing, and if I ever needed any similar service in the future I should just send it in. Well, maybe I am easily impressed, but I am nearly 60 years old, and have been around long enough to know that just about any other company would have never bothered with a consumer having a problem like mine (the trimmer was way out of warranty and could have been judged as having been abused). Here's the other fact of the matter that catches my attention - Laube didn't just chuck my trimmer and give me a new one - they ACTUALLY REPAIRED my trimmer. That is an "Old a School" approach that deserves to be lauded! Among other things, it tells me they have faith in their products and craftsmanship. I realize my comments relate to a Laube trimmer different from the item in question in this post, but I want everyone to know, for obvious reasons, why I think Laube and its trimmers can't be beat!

This product trims smooth and quietly.
I have had these trimmers for approx three weeks. I used them to trim my very young poodles. Just not having the electrical cord in the way, has made grooming young very active puppies, that like to try to chew on everything a breeze. Very impressed with how quiet the trimmers are and the fact that I'm not having to change the blade for different areas of the body. It made grooming 3 poodle puppies that have never been groomed before so much easer. My other very good ( noisy) trimmers scared them. Mind you I am not a professional groomer, but I have been grooming my dogs for about 15 years These trim with such ease and speed even on my older thick, curly coat labradoodle.

Greatest Dog Clippers
This is the best dog clippers I've ever had and probably the last one you will ever need. If you do your own dog grooming becuase you don't like paying the high prices, this is the clippers for you. The only thing I would change is the steel blades. Get the ceramic, they run cooler, stay shaper and tend to cut better.
