Automatic Feeder 5-Day
This feeder works great
I'm able to mix my dog's medicine in with some food so he gets his required dose while I'm at work everyday and the freezer packs help keep the canned food cold.

Quality Construction, Reliable
I have the feeder for only a few weeks but am quite pleased so far. I plan on a short trip and needed to feel confident that my cat would be properly fed. I used it beforehand to be sure it operated as described, and it did. There are only two issues I would like to mention. First, since I have problems with my hands, the tme setting is a little difficult because the adjustment indicators are tough to move for me. The second, my cat was so determined to access the uncovered sections, she repetedly scratched the feeder, and in doing so removed the protective cover over the clock! I guess that is perhaps the reason the clock adjustment is so difficult, for although she removed the cover, the time was not changed on the clock!
To deal with that issue, I did however, use tape to secure the cap, and that seemed to do the trick.

Meets our needs
The directions are not well written. If you aren't feeding once a day for four days, then it can be a challenge to figure out. The compartments and timer do allow for multiple feedings in a 24 hr period, however, it's harder to figure out coordinating the compartment openings (rotation of the lid) with the timer. The feeder has five compartments but feeds only up to 4 timed feedings. You have to get the lid opening over the correct compartment and the timer set correctly which can be tricky.

Might be ok for dry food
I tried it to keep my cat from waking us up every morning at 4 am for breakfast. She eats canned food, but the ice packs only stay cold for about 6 hours so her food is a bit dried out before the compartment opens. It is also tricky to program and some of the tabs are har to slide to the fedding time.
