Model 125 Chrome Cage
We bought this as a supplemental cage for our parrot's sleep time in another room where we could watch TV and not interfere with his rest. It also works well when you are on vacation and have to leave the bird In a motel room for an extended period of time. It is made well and is very sturdy , bird readily accepted it the first night when we put his sleep hut in it. Would recommend to anyone that needs a cage for bird either full time or part time usage.
Best of all it was already assembled.....

Good Practicle Cage For Smaller Spaces
We recently bought 2 of these cages to replace 2 old ones exactly the same since we & the birds have been pleased with them. One is used by our 29 year old Green Cheeked Amazon & the other our 3 year old Timah Gray. Plenty of room for lots of toys for the young one who plays a lot. Both birds like to sit on the flat tops & also eat their bits of people food on saucers there when we eat at the near by table. The only problem we found is that on the new cages the landing platform door won't stay level when open as it did on the old cages & the strong platform door wire can't be tightened to hold it level but this was easily fixed by attaching a small chain to the platform door & a front cage bar. The food & water cups are convenient as is the bottom tray & grate for cleaning. Nice that the 2 cups are included with the cage as well as 1 wood perche & a swing & the chrome cleans up easily. We have the cages setting on 4 legged metal stands we bought years ago as companion pieces the right size to be used with these cages. Our old stands didn't need replacing which may be good because I don't recall seeing them available now in the catalog or at the web site when ordered the cages.

Old vs. New
I had the same model Prevue cage, the 125, for about 18 years. A piece of metal on the door broke and was not repairable, so I picked out the same model cage (I was afraid a new model cage would stress out my bird who doesn't adjust to new things). I saw a review that stated the bars are not as strong as the older models. I disagree. The quality of the metal is just as strong in the new cage as the old. The only difference is there is nothing under the drawer that slides out. The older model had a piece of metal that fit on the bottom, under the cage drawer. Now there is nothing there when you pull out the drawer, which isn't too big a deal.
It's nice to have a new clean cage, of the same quality as the old.

I love this cage.
I have one of these that I've had for about 20 years. I want to know if the feeder cups shown here are the ones that go to the cage. They insert from the outside and a slider comes down over the wire to hold them in place.
